Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are MŪS Community ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
We operate the website https://mus.community (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and MŪS Community, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason.

Our Services
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
Intellectual Property of AI Generations
Unlike other platforms, MŪS assigns full commercial ownership of all AI-generated assets (audio, lyrics, and artwork) to the User immediately upon creation, provided the User has sufficient Credits/Subscription status at the time of generation.
- The User owns the copyright to the song/artwork.
- The Platform (MŪS) retains a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, stream, and display the content on the MŪS platform and in marketing materials.
- Disclaimer: The User acknowledges that AI generation may produce similarities to existing works by chance. MŪS makes no warranty regarding the uniqueness of generated content.
Your Use of Our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services.
User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
- You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (except as permitted via the MŪS Collective API)
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without written permission from us
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services
Referring yourself or creating multiple accounts to earn affiliate commissions is prohibited. Such accounts will be banned and earnings forfeited.
Upload, generation, or sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), sexually explicit 'Deepfakes' of real, non-consenting individuals, or content promoting actual terrorism or illegal violence is strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
Purchases, Crypto & Credits
Digital Wallet & USDC Payments
MŪS facilitates payments using USDC (a stablecoin) on the Base Network.
- No Custody: MŪS is not a bank or wallet custodian. Your funds are managed via smart contracts or your external wallet.
- Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a Tip or Purchase is sent, it cannot be reversed by MŪS.
- Network Risk: MŪS is not liable for losses due to Base Network downtime, gas fee fluctuations, or user error (e.g., sending funds to the wrong address).
All purchases of "Credits," "Flux," or "Founder Packs" are final and non-refundable. Credits are effectively "consumed" the moment they are used to trigger an AI generation request, regardless of whether the User is satisfied with the aesthetic result of the generation.
Subscription credits (granted monthly to Pro and Ultra subscribers) roll over between billing cycles. Unused subscription credits accumulate and remain available as long as your subscription remains active at the same tier or is upgraded.
However: All unused subscription credits are immediately and permanently forfeited if you cancel your subscription or downgrade your subscription tier (including downgrading from Ultra to Pro, or from any paid tier to Free). Purchased credits are not affected by subscription changes and never expire.
User Generated Contributions
MŪS is committed to artistic freedom. We allow mature themes, horror, political commentary, and "NSFW" artistic content, provided it is properly tagged and does not violate the "Zero Tolerance" prohibitions listed in Section 4.
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions.
Contribution License
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, publish, broadcast, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Contributions.
Services Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof.
Term and Termination
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.
Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.
Governing Law
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles. MŪS Community and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nevis shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration.
Corrections
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Limitations of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS, OR LOSS OF DATA.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.
User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from us.
Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
